How do I view or modify my reservation?

Use this link to view, modify, or cancel any reservation made online on our website. Please call hotel reservations at 800-542-7400 for assistance with reservations made directly with us by phone.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

What is your cancelation/deposit policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room plus taxes/fees.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

Yes, a valid government-issued picture ID is required for check-in.

Is a credit card needed at check in?


Can you pay with cash at check in?

No, valid credit card is required upon check in and will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus $30 per day for incidentals. You may pay with cash AT CHECK OUT.

What age do kids stay for free?

Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

Will your rooms allow rollaways and cribs? Is there a charge?

All rooms can accommodate cribs, and they are available through the front desk free of charge. We do have a limited number of rollaways available for an additional $10 fee per night (based on availability) and these may be accommodated in select rooms.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We have a very limited number of connecting rooms. Please contact us at 800-542-7400 for details. We do feature spacious suites perfect for families and extended stays.

Do you offer extended stay rooms and rates?

Yes, we feature a variety of spacious suites for comfortable family, group, or extended stay travel. Please contact our sales department at 800-377-1177 if your stay exceeds 14 days to discuss extended stay rates.

Do you have rooms with kitchens?

Our Garden and Marina View Suites and Grand Marina Suites have kitchens equipped with a stove top, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, please visit our Accessibility page or call 800-542-7400.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, we do. A 24 hour early departure notice is required; otherwise a fee of one night's room and tax will apply.

Is there a fee if I do not show up to check in to my reservation?

Yes. No show reservations are subject to one night's room and tax.


What is check in/check out time?

Check-in time is from 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

Can I guarantee an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-ins are based on availability on the day of arrival only. Late check-outs are based on availability on the day of departure only (fees may apply).

Do you allow smoking on property or in your guest rooms?

There is no smoking allowed inside the property, including in all guestrooms. Humphreys will assess a fee of $250 to guests that choose to smoke in guest rooms.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and is available in all guest rooms.

How much do you charge for high-speed WiFi Internet access?

High Speed WIFI is included in our $11.95 Half Moon Pass Fee.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, we do have a fitness center with a treadmill, elliptical machine, bike and weight machine.

Do you offer bikes for use during my stay?

Yes. One Hour Bike Rentals are included in our daily Half Moon Pass Fee.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, the hotel has a computer and printer for boarding passes. Business center is open 24 hours daily.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. Our outdoor, heated pool and spa are open from 8am-11pm daily.

Do you have a spa on property?

No. However, we do feature an on-site massage facility. If you would like more info or to book an appointment please call 858-356-2SPA and they would be happy to assist..

Do you have onsite parking? What is the cost?

Yes. Self-parking is available at a charge of $18 per night.

Do you charge a resort fee? If so, what is included?

Humphreys Half Moon Inn offers a mandatory Half Moon Pass fee of $11.95 per day. It includes Nightly admission to Humphrey's Backstage Live Music Lounge (excludes special engagements), dining offers and additional discounted selections in our Restaurant, Backstage Lounge and Pool Bar, high-speed wireless Internet access, complimentary use of Hotel Fitness Facility, one Hour Bike Rentals for use on Shelter Island, computer kiosk and Boarding Pass Printing. Half Moon Pass fee is valued at over $200.


How do I purchase tickets to Humphreys Concerts by the Bay?

Tickets can be purchased IN PERSON at Humphrey's box office, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or on-line at Ticketmaster.
