Our Oversized Marina View Mobility/Hearing Accessible Suite with Roll-in Shower is located on the ground floor with a patio facing the marina and features two queen sized beds, an oversized bathroom with wide doorways, lowered counters and shelves, transfer bars, a removable shower head, and visual alarms and notification devices.

Additional Room Features:
  1. Wide entrance doorways to the guestroom and to the bathroom provide at least 32 inches of clear width.

2. Ample space on the sides of the beds.

3. The desk allows for extra knee and toe space (the desk is at least 27 inches high, 30 inches wide, and runs at least 17 inches deep).
4. Grab bars installed at the lavatory and shower/tub area. 5. The accessible bathroom sink provides ample knee clearance (at least 30 inches wide, 27 inches tall and 17 inches deep). 6. The bathroom vanity mirror is no more than 40 inches high.
7. This guestroom provides a roll-in shower, with a shower seat, grab bars mounted on the walls, and a detachable handheld showerhead, and all wall mounted accessories and equipment are within 48 inches of the floor. Portable shower seats are available upon request. 8. Patio entrance is accessible with 32 inches of clearance. 9. Lowered light switches and thermostats for easy access.
10. Guestroom has louvered shutters for easy to operate door and window coverings. 11. Visual alarms and notification devices for the door and phone are available through Guest Services. 12. Outlet is within 4 feet of telephone.
13. Television is able to display closed captioning. 14. Guestroom numbers are visual and in braille signage.
