Old Town Trolley Tours – 0.1 miles

Known as “America’s Finest City”, San Diego offers a wide array of things to see and do for visitors of all ages. For over 20 years, Old Town Trolley Tours has been providing sightseeing tours highlighting the best of San Diego. Hop aboard one of the trolleys and you’ll experience Transportainment, a delightful combination of transportation and entertainment. You can avoid costly parking and city driving while exploring at your own pace as you hop on and off at 2 or 3 of your favorite stops. Old Town Trolley is the best way to see San Diego!

Golf – 1.8 miles

Golf Digest named San Diego "One of the Top 50 Golf Destinations in the World." There are over 90 courses located throughout the San Diego region, from seaside settings to Desert Mountains to inland valleys — many of which are designed by leading golf course architects. There is a course for every type of golfer and a range of greens fees to fit every budget. Add in San Diego's temperate climate (year-round average is 70° F) and year-round play is yet another benefit of this golfer's paradise.

Cabrillo National Monument - 5 miles

Point Loma's own historical sight commemorating Cabrillo's 1542 exploration of the California coast. The Point Loma Lighthouse provides a spectacular view of the San Diego Harbor, the Pacific Ocean, and the winter Gray Whale migration.

Seaport Village - 5 miles

This 14 acre waterfront, harbor side setting of a century ago is filled with unique shops, waterfront dining, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Seaport Village also features a turn-of-the-century authentically restored Broadway Flying Horses Carousel by Looff (circa 1890). There are also cobblestone pathways and a quarter mile slate boardwalk along the San Diego Bay.

The Midway Museum – 5 miles

The USS Midway was the longest-serving carrier in the history of the U.S. Navy. Today she has embarked as a museum, tribute and education center. She already is the most-visited of more than 100 historic ship museums in the continental United States.

Children's Museum/Museo De Los Ninos - 5.5 miles

San Diego's favorite creative destination for kids and families, the Children's Museum, has served more than 3 million visitors since 1981. A multicultural museum dedicated to interactive, fun exhibits that challenge a child's creative mind, while they learn through the arts.

Mission Beach – 6 miles

San Diego, California features some of the best beaches in the world. Sunny days and mild year-round weather make San Diego's beaches ideal for your vacation destination. Spend a lazy day in the sun or jump on a surfboard and head out into the blue Pacific Ocean.

Belmont Park – 6 miles

This beachfront amusement center offers fun for the entire family. Rides and attractions include the historical Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, Beach Blaster, Flowrider Endless Wave, Bumper Cars, Family Arcade, restaurants and shops.

Gaslamp Quarter - 6 miles

As one of San Diego's premier entertainment and shopping districts, you'll find a truly eclectic blend of food, fun, and culture located within one of the city's most historic areas: the Gaslamp Quarter. Here you'll find something for everyone, whether you're seeking theater, upscale shops, fine dining, or some of the most popular clubs.

San Diego Zoo – 8.2 miles

Meet some of the most exotic creatures on earth like our giant pandas. While you're here, journey into the depths of Ituri Forest, a central African jungle habitat teeming with okapis, hippos, forest buffalos, colorful birds, and acrobatic monkeys. Swing by the Children's Zoo for some face-to-face encounters with everything from pythons to porcupines.

Balboa Park – 8.3 miles

Spend the day at San Diego's Historic Park with 1,400 acres of beautiful gardens, grassy picnic areas, and groves of exotic palm and eucalyptus trees. A central characteristic of the park is El Prado, a pedestrian walkway with historic buildings and 10 majestic Museums. Balboa Park is the home of the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, which includes San Diego's only IMAX Dome theater, hands-on exhibits, Sci-Tours motion simulator ride, and fun for the entire family. The park also includes impressive theatres, pavilions, art galleries, botanical gardens, and much more.

Coronado – 11.9 miles

Take a drive over the beautiful Coronado Bridge and stroll through unique shops, fine dining restaurants, and miles of long sandy beaches. “Home of the legendary 100+ year-old Hotel Del Coronado”

Birch Aquarium at Scripps – 12.6 miles

Located on a coastal bluff overlooking La Jolla Shores beach and Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Birch Aquarium at Scripps is renowned for its ocean views, both inside and out. Marvel at the dazzling marine life exhibits, from sharks to seahorses to corals. Make a visit to the country's largest Oceanographic Museum and enjoy San Diego's "best ocean views".

La Jolla - 13 miles

A beautiful waterfront town surrounded with specialty shops, award-winning restaurants, Children's Cove, wonderful beaches, and cultural activities, La Jolla is an exquisite combination of southern European resort surroundings and Southern California fun. While La Jolla is known to be one of the most affluent communities in the United States, it has a down-to-earth feel that radiates from the beautiful natural scenery, friendly people, and unhurried atmosphere.

Del Mar Race Track / Fairgrounds - 20 miles

The home of the annual Del Mar Fair, off-track wagering, seasonal live horse racing, and many unique shows and exhibits.

Knott's Soak City U.S.A. – 22 miles

San Diego's own Water Park offers a wide variety of activities and things to do, including 22 water slides, 16 tubes, wave pools, children's pool, shops and much more.

San Diego Wild Animal Park - 34 miles

There's a magical place where you can stretch out a hand to feed a gentle giraffe, rub noses with an endangered rhino, or look deep into the eyes of a furry-feathered ostrich. This is one of the few places on earth where rare and exotic species roam free.

Legoland - 33 miles

This 128-acre family theme park is dedicated to families with children between the ages of 2 and 12. Just like with LEGO toys, kids are the ones who make things happen at the Park. They drive, pedal, squirt, climb, jump, stomp, slide, steer, pull, click, push, gallop, laugh, build, and program their way through more than 50 rides and attractions.
